Cookie Notice
Effective August 6, 2026
What this notice covers
This notice explains how Ridgeway, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on useridgeway.com. It covers the public company website, not customer product environments or third-party sites you choose to visit.
Technologies we use
Necessary site technology
Our hosting and security providers may use short-lived technology needed to deliver the website, protect it from abuse, and maintain service reliability. These functions cannot be disabled through our preference tool.
Privacy preference storage
We store your scheduling preference in your browser's local storage under ridgeway_cookie_preferences. This record contains your choice, its version, and the time it was updated. It remains on your device until you clear site data or change the preference.
Cal.com scheduling
If you allow scheduling, the site loads Cal.com's booking interface. Cal.com may use cookies or similar storage to provide the calendar, maintain a booking session, prevent abuse, and remember interface choices. Ridgeway does not load the Cal.com interface until you allow it.
Vercel Web Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic. Vercel documents this service as cookieless and says it does not create cross-site profiles. It uses a short-lived, non-reversible identifier derived from request data to count visits without storing the underlying identifying data.
Your choices
You can use the website with necessary technology only. If you allow scheduling, you can later turn it off. Changing the setting prevents future loading of the Cal.com interface but does not delete information already provided to Cal.com during a booking.
Third-party services
Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Updates and questions
We may update this notice when our website technologies change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Questions can be sent through the Contact link on the Ridgeway homepage.
